The Harbor View Standard
Every standard house cleaning includes a full top-to-bottom pass through your home, such as:
Dusting of ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, and moldings
Wet wiping of surfaces and high-touch areas as needed
Dusting and cleaning of furniture and desktops (using the right method for the material, sometimes a dry cloth, sometimes a little extra care with the right product)
Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected
Floors vacuumed and washed
We also offer eco-friendly cleaning product options for clients with allergies or sensitivities, or if you simply prefer to go that route. And when it comes to electronics, TVs, monitors, screens, we never use cleaning products. Just a dry microfiber cloth, so nothing gets damaged.
Want a little extra? Ask us about adding on a deep cleaning service for those spots that need a bit more attention, baseboards, moldings, light fixtures, and walls washed by hand, not just dusted.
The Harbor View Method
We clean using a top to bottom, left to right, back to front method for every single room. It's a system, and we stick to it, because it means nothing gets missed and nothing gets skipped.
You'll get reminders before every visit, seven days out, three days out, and the day before, plus an on-the-way text so you always know when to expect us. We're pet-friendly, too. As long as they're comfortable having us around (or safely out of the way while we work), we're happy to work around your furry family members.
We ask that you provide paper towels and garbage bags, everything else, we bring.
